-Yes, to make therapy more readily available, we offer direct billing to most insurance companies.
Yes, we offer TeleHealth Video Sessions so you can participate via your home computer or smart phone from the comfort of your home.
We require 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation, a cancellation fee of $40.00 will be charged.
Please call the office where your appointment is booked to cancel.
We serve several types of clients at our clinics including: private. MSP, ICBC, RCMP, DVA/DND and WorkSafe BC
Make sure we can access the part of your body that needs attention. We recommend bringing a loose pair of shorts, no matter what you’re being seen for.
Ladies should bring a tank top or sports bra that shows as much of the shoulder blade and upper back as possible
Your first appointment will be the initial assessment, where your complaint or injury will be assessed and diagnosed.
A thorough history of your condition, followed by a physical exam specific to your complaint will be performed.
Please show up 15 minutes early for your first appointment.
Please also bring the following:
-your health card
-list of medications you are currently taking
-X-ray or other imaging reports
-a doctor’s referral if you have one
-your insurance card if you have 3rd party insurance
-please bring your claim number if you are covered by ICBC or WorkSafe BC

-Claim Number
-Accident date
-PHN
-A doctor’s referral (recommended but not required if your first visit is within 12 weeks of your accident date)
-If you have a lawyer, their name and number
-Claim Number
-Injury date
-PHN
-A doctor’s referral (recommended but not required if your first visit is within 60 days of your injury date
-Employer contact information and description of your job duties
